Terms of Service

By using this website, you agree to these terms. Spokane Garage Door Repair is a referral service. We connect you with local providers and do not perform garage door work ourselves.

Referral service

When you submit a request through our contact form, we may share your request with a local service provider so that provider can follow up. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will be available, accept the job, or contact you within a specific time.

Independent providers

Providers are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Each provider is responsible for its own scheduling, estimates, pricing, workmanship, warranties, and compliance with applicable requirements. Any agreement for service is between you and the provider.

Estimates and work

Cost depends on the issue, the door, parts needed, and the provider you work with. Estimates and final charges are the provider responsibility. Please review any estimate or agreement carefully before authorizing work.

Website content

Content on this site is informational and provided for general guidance about common garage door issues and services. It is not a substitute for an in person assessment by a qualified provider. Garage doors involve heavy parts and tensioned springs, so do not attempt repairs you are not trained and equipped to handle safely.

Acceptable use

Use this site only for lawful requests related to garage door service. Do not submit false information or use the form to send spam or harmful content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version.
